02How much does a website cost in Sydney?
Most of our projects fall between $5,000 and $10,000 + GST. Smaller sites start from $3,500 and larger or more complex builds go beyond $10,000. Every project gets a fixed price quote before work starts – no hourly rates, no surprises.
03How long does a website take to build?
Most business websites take 4–8 weeks from kick-off to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly content – copy, images, and logos – is provided. The faster you get us what we need, the faster we launch.
04Do I need to be based in Sydney to work with you?
No. We work with businesses across NSW and Australia. Everything is handled via video calls and shared documents. If you prefer to meet in person our office is in Norwest, Sydney.
05Will my website rank on Google?
Every site we build has SEO fundamentals in place – fast load times, correct page structure, mobile optimisation, and clean code. Ranking competitively for your target keywords requires ongoing SEO work beyond the build.
06What platform do you build on?
WordPress for the vast majority of projects. It's flexible, widely supported, and lets you update content yourself without calling us. For ecommerce we use WooCommerce or Shopify, and for more complex requirements we offer custom web development.
07Can I update the website myself after launch?
Yes. We build on WordPress specifically because it's straightforward to manage. After launch we train you on how to update pages, publish blog posts, and make changes without needing a developer.
08Do you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. We build WooCommerce and Shopify stores for Sydney businesses. If you're looking to sell online we'll recommend the right platform based on your products and budget.
09What happens after my site launches?
We offer ongoing WordPress support and maintenance plans covering updates, security, backups, and content changes. Many of our clients have been with us for multiple years.
10Do you redesign existing websites or only build new ones?
Both. If your current site needs a refresh rather than a full rebuild we can assess it and recommend the most cost-effective approach. Some clients need a full rebuild, others just need improvements to what they already have.
11What information do you need from me to get started?
Not much to begin with. Book a free 30-minute call and we'll walk through it together. We'll ask about your business, your goals, who your customers are, and what you want the website to do. From there we put together a fixed price proposal.
12Do you offer graphic design and branding?
Yes. We offer graphic design and logo design services for businesses that need a full brand identity alongside their website.
